  We enjoyed the nice atmosphere and delicious dinner at Carvers. I had the spinach salad, which had a nice balance of flavors, filet that was cooked perfectly, and the chocolate truffles for dessert were amazing. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Our server was pleasant and in tune to our needs. It seemed like the staff works together well as a team. You'll definitely want to make reservations at peak times, as the restaurant and parking lot fill up quickly.

  Excellent food and amazing service! Went there for my anniversary and we were lucky enough to get an awesome server named Mac! He was extremely friendly, quick in service, and clearly cared about our experience. He even gave us a free desert for our anniversary! Also, the wine list was the best in town!

  Was highly disappointed. I had heard so many good things about this place but will not be back for a meal. Steaks were not cooked correctly (they basically flipped what my wife wanted and what I wanted). Told the waiter but said we didn't want to send them back due to time constraints. Not offered anything off the bill or a desert or even really given an apology The steaks were also flavorless. The cocktails were the only bright spot. Next time we'll go to Longhorn for about half the price.

  My family and I were celebrating my birthday. We each had a new york strip steak. Each of our steaks was the toughest we have ever had there. The mashed potatoes were not as good as usual. The salads and appetizers were great. I told the server and she didn't seem too concerned. The lighting was darker than usual. She mentioned telling the manager but I don't know if she actually did. We probably won't be back for a while. It has been a while since we have eaten ther always loved going to Carvers. I wish I would have gone to the Pine Club.

  Our friends and my wife and I visited this restaurant after a google review and search of restaurants that began with the letter C. We were not disappointed. The salmon my wife had was great, I had the prime rib, very good and flavorful and our friends both had the filet, almost cut it with a fork. The spinach salad with the honey mustard dressing was superb! The staff were friendly, very attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant.
